Heatstroke drugs can not be used to pay high subsidies

Notification requirements, the daily maximum temperature reached above 40 ℃, it should stop the day a seasonal outdoor jobs. Daily maximum temperature reached above 37 ℃, when the following 40 ℃, the employer arrange day laborers seasonal outdoor working time may not exceed 6 hours continuous operation shall not exceed the state, and the highest temperature within 3 hours period shall cause a seasonal outdoor operation. Daily maximum temperature reached above 35 ℃, when the following 37 ℃, the employer shall take holiday shift, etc., to shorten the continuous operation time workers, seasonal outdoor operation shall not cause the workers to work overtime.

Notification requirements for workers engaged in high-temperature operation to provide summer cooling drinks and essential drugs, money and goods shall not be issued instead. Issuing summer cooling beverage and essential drugs can not be used to pay high subsidies, high subsidies should be paid to the employee in accordance with relevant regulations.
